Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. During busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer, we will let you know if that's the case.

Shipping Method

To keep shipping costs low, most orders ship by USPS First-Class stamped mail in a flat envelope. Each envelope carries a USPS tracking barcode, so you’ll get email updates as your order moves through the mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, though delivery times can vary depending on your location and the postal service.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Letter tracking shows scans as your envelope moves through USPS, but it isn’t the same as package tracking. It doesn’t include signature or guaranteed delivery confirmation, and we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@poppisstory.com and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
