Because our stickers, sticker sheets, and stationery are made and packaged in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including wrong item selection or ordering the wrong quantity.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at thisispoppisstory@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Lost or Delayed Mail

 

Orders ship as stamped mail rather than tracked packages, so transit times can vary. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of the shipping confirmation, reach out to us and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

 

Digital Downloads

 

Digital products (such as wallpapers and printable files) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once purchased.
