Currently, we ship within the United States only.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Because stamped mail isn't tracked, we can't provide a tracking number or guarantee an exact delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thisispoppisstory@gmail.com and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
